To start of by being very Humble and having faith led us to where we are today, believe you me, its not as easy as they say.

The Blue Parrot Kitchen is my brain child and was established 2 years ago but has been in the making over the past 5/6 years.
I myself have been in the Hospitality industry for the past 25 years, starting as a cashier developing my self through the ranks, management and chef is under my Resume, I have been fortunate enough to work internationally for a well known Steakhouse in Australia where I had my Idea of our Bussiness. When I returned from DownUnder I found myself in dire straight with with no employment and desperate for work I took my savings from Australia and bought a Quad bike trailer and rebuilt it and reporpoused to a food trailer, we are passionate about Food and entertainment,
International Standards in Food preparation, handling, and also trending food makes us a bit different than the rest. We Mainly focus on Markets and Festivals as a advertising Platform. Our food speaks for it self, we source out local and fresh ingredients to ensure the best results. But we don’t stop there we are creating our own signature sauces from scratch. We are also setting a new trend in our home and corporate catering events to, where we don’t do “Boring” we do themed Parties and events from Mexican nights with Tacos and Borritos and civiche to Greek eveings with Loukaniko and souvlaki, Kleftiko and breaking of plates. We are going bigger and better.
The Blue Parrot Kitchen has been very fortunate to be part in the TV and Advertising industry to by supplying catering to the cast and crew of a few big names out there, and our aim for the next year is to establish a full catering division for that industry alone wich will intern create a couple of extra jobs.
We are permantly based at West Village Market every Sunday, but to let it out there is we are getting a permanent structure to show case our full potential
